“L-Train Electric was very responsive to our needs. After the 2011 storms and power outages we tried calling a few electricians and they were one of only two that actually returned our call. Once we got a quote for installing a generator they were very responsive and followed through on all of the timelines they gave us. Finally, they were extremely responsive to a special request we made after they had already installed the transfer switch and were very focused on customer service and making sure we were happy with the results. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to install a generac whole house generator!”

Not only did they install the unit on the scheduled day, but they were neat, cleaned up when they were done and did a complete review of the new unit with me and my wife. They also followed-up with me several weeks later to be sure everything was ok with my unit. Great people , Jason was a pleasure to work with.I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. RJL”

I am very pleased with the work that Billy did getting me up and running again. Everyone at L-Train was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner, in fact went over and above answering my questions and concerns. That’s why I took my service contract out with them because I know the work will get done and they will keep my generator working properly so if the power should happen to go out I know deep in my heart that within seconds the generator will kick in and I’ll have power in my home. “Truly cared about us even though he does not know us!”
“Today Sunday at 7 pm I called L train with an emergency. My Father in law Anthony a 93-year-old with heart issues reported to me that his home was completely out of power. He believed he overloaded his 50-year-old electrical system and was worried beyond words about fire etc. Within minutes Jason, who later identified himself as the owner of the company, called me back. Impressive! Truly cared about us even though he does not know us. Anyway, Jason stayed with me on the phone for about 30 minutes to troubleshoot the system. In the end, it was a simple power outage, however, this man went beyond expectations to help us. Many thanks and next time we need help, we know who to call.”

“I started the generator search process back in September. L-Train (specifically Jason) responded quickly with a quote while the competitors did not even return my calls. After the storm that knocked out power for a week, I called L-Train again. Once again Jason came out quickly and requoted. This time the competitor also quoted and it was twice as much! L-Train and their sub contractor for plumbing installed all necessary plumbing and wiring so that it was virtually undetectable that they had even been there. My generator was placed on a cement pad which they installed without tearing up my lawn at all. I highly recommend L-Train and would use them again!”

“I hooked up with the L-Train folks due to a recommendation from a coworkers fatehr who used them. I called and had prompt call back by Jason. We set up a time for him to come out; he explained EVERYTHING thoroughly . The whole process was smooth; rates were reasonable. I live in a stand alone condo type community and the L Train folks gave me all the paperwork my Condo Association requested. I would highly recommend L-train to anyone thinking of a generator hook up or any electrical contractor work. I wish all contractor relationships would be this good. Keep up the good work , L-Train!”

“Best Experience as a homeowner yet”
“Jason and the crew at L-Train was outstanding right from the start. After Hurricane Sandy, we had trouble getting any of the other Generac dealers to even call us back. L-Train was at my house two days after we called to request a quote/site evaluation. They gave us an ETA on the generator after we ordered it and they were right on with this as well. When it came down to installation, my wife and I informed them of unique concerns that we had and they made sure that the generator was up and running before Winter Storm Charlotte hit. They definitely went the extra mile to pull this off and just as the flakes were starting to fly that Friday afternoon, the generator was fired up. My wife was in tears. This is our second house and we’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years. This was by far the best experience that we’ve ever had.”

Stephanie was quick to schedule the installation and telephoned throughout the process to make sure things were going well. I can’t say enough about the installers who did the physical labor.
